Here’s a cover for a fab client Drake Russell who gave me some fantastic briefs to work to. This has to be one of my fav pieces of 2011 and a great one to end the year on. Drake is a fantastic guy and I really hope his book does well.

I decided the pose sucked so just scrapped it completely; if it’s wrong, it’s wrong.

So here’s some warm-ups and pose workouts.

Pixel is intent on destroying my paper-based sketches. There’s something quite profound in that I think.

The ones with the red dots are the ones i’m going to work up.
